"my hopper mice destiny and allie dont really like thm but i will say that its only been about 4 hours so they still may i recomend trying them though bcause if 3 days have past and your small animal still wont eat them you can return or exchange thm, so i think u should try them.(btw if u get more than 1 hopper mouse make sure its 2 girls or tw boys or else youll end up with babies)"

"This product was a huge disappointment. I have multiple hamsters and none of them will even touch them. They just sit in the corner of the cage. A person before questioned if it had to do the age of the hamster and I have adult and baby hamsters and neither of them like this. I even have one hamster that chews on everything, even his water bottle stand and even he will not play with hamsteroids."

"My hamster Licorice absolutly loves Hamstroids! As soon as I give it to her she goes CRAZY!!!!!!!! When she gets it, it gives her energy, which makes her run around wildly. The bad news is that it gives her energy for a LONG time. She keeps me up all night cause shes running in a wheel! I would reccomend this to anyone who wants their small pet to get more exercise!"

"I wonder whether the age of your pet affects whether he will like it or not. I bought a bottle of Hamsteroids right after I brought home my first rat, Ernie. And he wouldn't touch the stuff. Well that was a little over a year ago and I decided to try giving it to him again. I put one in his cage and he went nuts over it! Maybe it's just because he didn't have much of an urge to chew back then since his teeth hadn't really grown yet. Anyway, I recommend it! it's the only fruit flavored chew that I've seen and I bet that something fruit flavored tastes better to pets rather than a plain mineral chew or block of wood."

"I bought these and although they looked promising, I did not get the results I hoped for.
I was happy at first because I thought my rat Chyna was gnawing her way though them and finishing them off. But upon closer inspection of her home I found she had simply been burying them without so much as a nibble.
Very disappointed in the product."

"I thought that my hamster would love these to chew on. However, all he did is go to the bathroom on them and hide them. I was glad that he had something to play with though. My hamster didn't care for them, but every hamster is different."

"I work at PETCO and when I saw this product, I thought it would be a must have with my two new hamsters I had just adopted, however my hamsters really have nothing to do with them. I have seen them hide them or sleep with them, but they don't chew on them or play or eat them. They are very eye catching, and the label tells you how your hamster will go crazy for them, however I have found that to be untrue for my 2 hamsters.
Maybe other peoples pets like them, but the only thing I found them good for was a little extra flare in their cages."

"Ok so some people are saying these aren't good for hamsters but that is probley just their hamster.
Me and Pepper my hamster agree: these are probley the best chew toys ever! I put others in his cage but he ignors them he loves the hamsteroids!!!
All hamsters (just like people) like different things, so one hamster and another might not like the same cage, or in this case chew toys.
So I do recomend it, yet I don't because all hamsters are different. Pepper likes them though!"
