"We loved this collar for when my cat was a kitten! I'd get compliments on it all the time saying how he looks so "dapper" with his little bow tie. For safety purposes they make it stretchy since kittens tend to get themselves in bad situations. That way if they get stuch on something they won't choke themseles and can pull it off. This is a great feature but I would not reccomend it if you are worried about your kitten getting lost outside because they can sometimes pull it off. I would reccomend this to any kitten owner!"
