I got this product when I moved into a new, smaller apartment. Regular litter was getting tracked throughout the apartment and I was sweeping daily, but since using the Breeze system I just pick up a pellet here and there, no problem! I end up scooping "solid waste" daily, whereas before I didn't have to, but other than that it's super convenient. I wish more stores carried it in-stock so that I didn't have to order it each month, too.

Have a four year old cat that I just adopted and the transition from litter to this pellet system went smooth. No litter smell which is great! You just need to keep up with the cleaning daily.

I have a regular clumping litter and box upstairs, but wanted something for downstairs. I liked the fact that this litter does not track all over the house. It is little pellets compared to the sand like litter. It is great for urine, it soaks into the pad underneath and there is zero odor. However, when my cats first tried this new box out, they of course did not tinkle. The feces stay on top, the cat can't dig like in other litter boxes. Also, if your cat does not have solid stool, it is messy, and the pellets stick to it..I think my cats have figured out though it is best to tinkle in this box and use the other for feces! Smart cats.

I've tried every kind of litter on the market, I'd clean the box once a week and I could always smell the litter box when I walked in the front door. No more! I bought the breeze in November and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Not only is it SO much easier to use than normal litter, but it doesn't stink up your whole house. One thing to note is that because the pellets are larger than litter, the cat can't cover up the poo like they normally do, so you will smell the poo for a little bit, but believe me, this is SO much better than it was before.
Buy one now!

This is the easiest litter box to use. We've tried everything, even the Cat Genie. This system isn't completely automatic, but it's very clean, hassle free and low maintenance. And the best part is that no litter gets tracked throughout the house.

Our cat is EXTREMELY particular about his litter box. About two years ago we had to switch to a automatic litter box because if he used it once he wouldn't go back in it until it was clean. The automatic one worked for a while but it was stinky! We finally decided to try this litter system and it is amazing! I would recommend it to anyone with a cat. Easy clean up and absolutely no foul smell. This is truly a great product!

This product has been wonderful. My husband's cat is very particular about her litter box and has refused to use several different types of litter in the past, so I was concerned that she might refuse this system as well. However, I set it up and placed it next to her old box; she immediately began using the Breeze and refused to use her old box from that point on. It is also very easy to clean and maintain as well, so I have been very pleased.

I was looking for litter that didn't track all over my house. This does the trick. I love that I only have to scoop the solid waste because the liquid drains into a pad in the tray in the bottom. Only downfalls - the replacement pads are expensive. With two cats I have to change it at least once a week - sometimes more often. I spread baking soda on the new pads and that extends the life. Still - it's cheaper than regular litter. Also, the sound of the cats burying their waste can wake me up at night! Overall - I am thrilled with this system!

I like that the urine goes down to the tray compartment and onto an absorption pad. I do not smell urine from this box. The pellets say they are non clumping, but they clump a bit. As far as odor from the feces, I don't think this is as good as the product advertises. I clean the feces from the box daily, but there is definitely noticeable odor. The pellets do not absorb odor as well as I anticipated them to. I chose this box based on the reviews I read of it. I would recommend it for price and urine odor control. I think a self cleaning box would be ideal for me, but they are so pricey. For now, I think this is a good alternative to the self cleaning.

I've had several cats over the years and the biggest drawback was always the smell of the litter box. This system truly eliminates that nuisance. I've never had an issue with the cats not using it, probably because it seems so clean to them. (I do remove the feces as soon as possible after they leave it and give my air freshener one quick pump for good measure.)
When I moved into an apartment I refused to have more than one cat because of that dreaded smell, but after three months with one kitten and no smell I decided to add a second kitten (the first was 5 months old, the second 6 months old). I purchased a second Breeze Litter Box System at that time.
Neither of them had any problem at all adapting to this litter box (and I did not do any of the process that was recommended of mixing clay litter with the Breeze System pellets). Occasionally a few pellets find their way outside of the box, but they are so much easier to pick up than the old litter I had with previous cats. (I even had my cat declawed and didn't have to purchase alternate litter while his paws were healing--there's no dust and no disintegrating pellets to get stuck in his paws.)
No more hauling heavy litter in or out of the house. No more telltale ammonia smell that a litter box cleaning is overdue. No more sweeping up litter that gets tracked around. And this cat lover gets to enjoy two kitties now, thanks to this amazing product. I've had cats all my life and this is the BEST thing to come around in a long time. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

I absolutely love this product and so do my cats. I change the pads as it says to and keep everything cleaned out and there is no odor, no mess. I love that I don't have to sweep up litter and I don't have the smell coming from the box. I have three cats and they went to using these boxes more than our original litter pans. I love the fact that there's less waist to put in the trash. I thought it was a little pricey but I can see now it's going to pay for itself in the long run and be worth it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I have no previous litter box experience, this is my first cat. At first, it was working so well I thought she was going somewhere in the house, so I added some of the litter she used at her foster home to the box. That was a bad idea because it kept falling through the grates onto the pad underneath. The tray actually made that mess really easy to clean up, and I discovered that she was indeed using the box. It just completely contained all the odor. There's no dust, either, so it doesn't irritate my lungs or eyes, which is why my mom recommended it in the first place. Always listen to your mother!

I highly recommend this litter box system! My cat has taken to using my couch as a litter box because the ammonia smell was awful. Since purchasing this litter box my cat has not used my couch once.
It is easy, there is no odor, and my cat loves it. I have had no spills, no problems whatsoever. My cat took to it immediately. I did not have to do any transitioning for him.
I only have one cat so I don't know if you would need multiple litter box systems for multiple cats but if you want an easy, odor free litter box system, this is the one to get!!!!!

my cats took to it ok, but im glad i only bought one...they are used to being covered so they look a little nervous of being snuck up on by one another.
also i've learned that my dog likes to eat cat p00p. yeah.
i'm stashing this back away until they come out with an optional cover for box, then i'll def use it again.

I have 5 cats in a relatively small apartment, so litter box odors were a problem and I was constantly scooping. A friend recommended the breeze to me as she lived in tight quarters and had good results. I was skeptical, as cat urine is such a stinky thing to keep under control, but tried it out. I was extremely impressed with how easy to maintain and odor free the system was. My cats are young, and took to the new boxes with no trouble at all. I kept a regular box around for the first few weeks, but soon they were all exclusively using the breeze.
The pads are very absorbent and will hold up to a weeks worth of urine for one cat. I have 2 breezes for my 5, and I have to change the pads about twice a week. I was very surprised at the quantity of liquid the pads hold, and it doesn't leak into the tray. All you do is dump them when they are full; you don't even have to touch them. Solids are easily scooped with the scoop that comes with the kit. Loose stool can be a problem with this kit, because of the way the liquid passes through while keeping the solids at the top, but if you scoop out all the dirty pellets and wipe with an antibacterial wipe, it cleans up fairly easily. However, if your cat tends to have frequent diarrhea or loose stool, that would be the only kind of cat I wouldn't recommend this system for.
The only problem I've encountered with this system is that the pads and granules can be difficult to find locally. They are cheaper online in a lot of places, so stock up. Overall, the system has been more economical for me than basic clay litter, and its ease of maintenance and excellent odor control has made it the best cat toileting system I have encountered. Definitely recommend!

I never follow directions, so I just emptied, cleaned, and put away the old boxes and bought 1 Breeze system. I figured 1 box to replace 2, they'll have to use it. I just put it in the hallway where their most used box was. They walked in and out a couple times, sniffed the pellets, scratched, ignored it, then by the time I was getting ready for bed my senior kitty went right in it with a huge #2 she was clearly holding in. Since then I've bought two other Breeze systems. The #2 smell is nonexistent (given I do feed a raw diet, so their #2 never smelled anyway), even the #1 I couldn't smell! I moved one into the living room and every guest always asks, once the cat goes they get it. It's convenient for the cats, and it doesn't disrupt my conversations with a strong smell.
I have only one complaint: The noise. During the day is fine but often in the middle of the night when my old lady kitty decides to take a midnight #1 in between her naps, the pellets make a loud scraping noise. That's my fault, though, since I keep one in the bedroom.
All in all. Give it a try. The directions are poor, though.

My cats were skeptical at first and I had a couple of "accidents" after I replaced the old box with the Breeze. My cats don't like change so I kept the breeze box meticulously clean while I was trying to get them to use it ... I was worried they would reject it like in some of the other reviews, but I hung in there (and luckily, where I have carpet, I have carpet tiles that can be replaced after the accidents). But I love this box for all the reasons of the positive reviews. No urine smell and no cat litter all over my hardwoods.

i integrated the pellets with her litter just like the instructions said. when i knew she was using her old litter box like normal with the few cups of pellets in it, i put the Breeze box right next to hers. she walked in and right back out, never to return again. i slowly integrated more pellets in her regular box (just to get her more familiar with them). when i stopped cleaning her old box in order to get her to transition to the new one, she decided that using the floor to do her business would work better then just using the Breeze litter box or the her old box with about 50% pellets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have 3 cats who have adjusted to using all kinds of litter (corn-based, regular clay, silicone type). I thought this product looked like a great possibility for keeping the litter clean, but they absolutely refuse to use this litter box. I followed manufacturer's instructions--put 2 cups of the large, clay pellets on top of the litter in their regular box, set up Breeze next to it, and then stopped cleaning the regular litter box. Three days later, the regular litter box was so full of waste it had to be completely dumped and not one of them had done more than climb into the Breeze and walk right back out again. My advice... don't waste your money.
