Good for starters

"If your a beggener on hermit crabs than this is for you.
You can get use to giving your hermies water every day but the next time I would buy simething like what the person above me listed, Its cheaper but yes time consuming. But my hermies like this product but it is a little to pricy for me."

"I appreciate Petco for trying to make this product a little cheaper than the other kind, but considering that for the price of this ONE 16 ounce bottle, you can buy a bottle of Wardley Chlor-Out (which doesn't add any gill protecting benefits or induce slime coating... The perfect product for hermit crabs) and you can make roughly 1000 GALLONS of fresh, clean, hermit safe water... Thanks for the effort, Petco, but I'll do a little extra work each week and save myself a lot of money... The product is a nice one, just FAR too expensive considering the amount of water hermit crabs need (not only do they DRINK it, but their habitat has to be misted DAILY to boost humidity."
