"I put this under my outdoor cat waterer and it keeps it warm and the water in the tank doesn't freeze! I love it. I used a heated bowl at first but it didn't hold enough and was always dirty, and too hard to keep clean. Being hard plastic and waterproof is perfect, because sometimes water gets spilled on it."
