"these pills are amazing! they work like nothing ive ever tried before! my poor cats(4 of them) became infested this summer to the point i thought for sure they wouldnt make it do to blood loss but these pills were jus what they needed! they are extremely effective and very fast acting. within minutes of swallowing the pill fleas began jumping ship but they had already been infected and began to die. the only downfall to these pills is the dead fleas end up where ever the cats where laying so be sure to keep an eye on them."

"If I didn't see it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it. I was hoping the reviews and testimonials were true but still I was a skeptic. "Fleas jumping off and dying"...? Sounded far fetched but I still bought the product because 2 of my cats have a pretty thick fur and they are all really hyper so I definitely wanted something oral. I was in shock. The fleas on the kittens started jumping off first (guess because the med kicked in sooner due to their weight) but eventually I was finding dead fleas everywhere. Amazing. Now sure how long this will last but if you need a jump start or a type of strong shock treatment to get you started then this is the product for you!"

"My 2 cats were covered in fleas. Capstar killed them all in less than an hour, literally saving them! Great stuff! I will follow up with another dose in about 3 weeks to get any newly hatched ones and then another next month. I also will use Frontline every month. Don't want to take any chances."

"This is the best flea product that i have bought so far. I think its great for the price and would still buy it if it went to 50.00! We never had a flea problem until now and this was suggested by our vet. The dead fleas are just falling off my cat! This started working about 45 min after i put it on her. She started sratching a little but soon stopped and is purring. Suggestion though.. if you have 1 room in your house that is just about empty, place your pet in there so that you can just vaccum up the dead fleas in just that area. I had to chase her all over the house."

"I have a cat vet handbook and it recommends capstar in it so i tried it out and was completely satisfied! My two cats immediately stopped scratching so i recommended it my fiance's dad's girlfriend's daughter..yeah."

"It really does a great job of killing the fleas on your cat. I give capstar to my cat once each week and it's really helping keep the flea population down. He scratches less and I think that we might be getting this under control...finally!
We have a pretty resiliant batch of fleas in our home, so we also use frontline plus monthly, and flea comb him several times each week. I would not rely on capstar alone because it doesn't do anything for prevention, it only kills the fleas for 24 hours. So this product is a good booster to any other prevention method you are using. It is also a much easier and more effective immidiate releif method than giving your cat a flea bath!

"This product worked like magic on my newly adopted cat who had a significant flea infestation. Within 30 minutes of giving him a Capstar pill the fleas, even the embedded ones, began dying. Most fleas fell off, but after several hours I gave cat a bath to remove those that were stuck deep in his fur. I then followed up with a good combing. Thirty days later he's still flea free, though I keep him indoors and have also given him two precautionary treatments. He had no negative reactions to the pills."
