"This device works absolutely as advertized. I have a 16 year old Scottish terrier who has incontinence issues. The Spot-Bot works well and is so easy to clean it makes cleaning up urine or other stains a breeze. The waste collection container rinses out very well by just holding it under the faucet. It stops the vacuum function when the collection container is full, so there is no danger of a spill. You can leave the detergent and oxy solution in the soap container so the unit is always ready for use. I do one extra step in cleaning the hose before I put the unit away - I use the hose to suck up one of two full waste containers of clean water to make sure no dirt or soap residue remains in the hose. The recommended solutions also do not seem to leave any residue on the carpet (the spots don't immediately attract new dirt - a problem I’ve had previously with the aerosol product Spot Shot)."
