Our Savannah is a very neurotic and nervous cat. This diffuser seems to have eased her stress in our multi-cat home. It also seems that she licks and pulls at her fur less --- which was one thing we were hoping. We first noticed the diffusers in our vet's office.

When I adopted my 4 yr old cat she was troubled from a traumatic past and extremely neurotic; insecure & nervous, she was prone to frequent anxiety and inapropriate elimination. Over the years she's become much more secure but she's still easily stressed.

I have an 8 month old kitten, calico kitten that is, that was going wild 24/7. I was giving her Gabapentin for back pain that was calming her a bit, but gave this Feliway insert a try. I plugged in 2 for a 3 bedroom ranch house and man, no need for Gabapentin to calm her any more!! She's docile as a lamb, almost. What a pleasure to have a normal kitten, playful but not a mental case, or driving me to be a mental case! Thanks to my vet for suggesting it!! I'm buying another for a 3rd large room and getting refills while there's a site-wide sale on products. I just love it and would suggest it to everyone even those with nutty Calicos!!

It doesn't appear that there is anything wrong with the product because it works for other cats based on the various reviews I have read. However, my cat isn't responding to this at all.

I was very skeptical, but figured I had nothing to lose by trying it. My cat Lily is a big bully and torments the other cats. She also scratches and pees on things (like in the laundry basket) when she is mad. I plugged in the diffuser in the master bedroom where most of the fights and peeing occur. Two days later... it was like having a new cat. Lily hasn't started a fight or peed on anything in weeks. She actually seems kinda content. Amazing!

I couldn't believe how effective this product is in calming our rescue cats..had several new onery cats recently so thought I would try it. Works within 2-3 days...like pixie dust, seems all the cats want to be loved and sit/lay calmly, with rare less intense fighting.
I'm definitely a believer now and will continue to use this product. It works for real! Our rescue vet is also a firm believer in Feliway products w/stress reducing pheromone. They should get a Nobel Peace Prize!

I actually bought this product to help just 1 of my very stressed ferral cats but within 24 hours I saw magic happen with all 5 cats. My oldest cat seems more playful and is even starting to play with the 3 newer additions. I've actually been able to sleep in because my normal 4 a.m wake up call is now sleeping cozily through the entire night and morning. They all seem more relaxed but the only thing I'm on the fence about is it actually seems like the defuser and sprays are just making the cats very sleepy. I know that there content but I've had a harder time getting them to play since there so tired. So keep that in mind. So far I'm still using it because with 5 cats I need them to stay calm. It hasn't stopped the growling and I've still had to get in the middle and stop a few fights but I know that without the feliway things would be worse!

This product had no effect on either of my three cats. It really is useless. My cats still act the same....they still scratch furniture and it does not calm my stressed out cat at all. Waste of money.

I have 2 male 5 year old cats from the same litter. Both have been neutered. I have now paid 3 times to recover the sofa due to scratching. The cats have 3 scratch poles and still perfer the sofa. Spraying is a problem as well. I have used numerous sprays that only work for several days then you need to reapply. I thought this product was worth a try. After one month they are still clawing my new sofa in which one diffuser is 6 ft away in the den. I put a second diffuser in the bedroom and I witness one of the cats spraying about 3 ft from it. I just don't know what to do anymore.

I have 9 cats - 3 inside 6 outside. My oldest one, Mojo, has been pulling out his hair ever since his best friend Ozzy passed away in 2010. I tried everything from changing food, litter, various vet trips, nothing helps. So I thought I'd give this a try. Bought one for each room that he spends most if his time in. The only thing I noticed different after 2 weeks is that he sleeps more (the 2 kittens too). Mojo still pulls out as much hair as before. Back to the drawing board :(

Feliway to the Rescue!

Two years ago our son brought home his indoor cat to live with us and from that day on, getting our (then) 12 year old indoor/outdoor cat to come inside even on brutally cold days has been impossible. The new indoor cat is very passive-aggressive, hiding and stalking the older cat. We've tried several behavior modification techniques in that time period to no avail.

Recently, our new vet suggested Comfort Zone with Feliway and we installed just two diffusers in the main level of our quad level home. Within 2 days, the older cat was not only willing to come inside but to sleep inside all night. Although there is still stalking and hissing going on, the cats do tolerate each other much better. Most importantly our beloved older cat is not left to suffer in the cold garage at night (yes, we have a heated bed for her).

Now if we could just figure out how to get the Indoor Stalker to stop using BOTH litter boxes!

I recently added a new cat into my house. The Comfort Zone Diffuser has helped the new cat feel safer and has had a calming affect on the other cat. It takes time to get them used to each other but this product helps them just a little quicker.
