Magnet Breaks Off!

Magnet has broken off twice in little over one year. Had to buy collar-magnet replacement once for $12-15 at store. Now, store does not carry collar-magnet replacement. Now have to order online for nearly $20 (see shipping add-on)...can't leave cat 'out-in-cold' or let other critters in. Door is great idea and still would work...if not for magnets breaking off. NOTE: As writing this PetSafe called and waived shipping and is sending second at no extra charge. Thank you PetSafe...just wish magnets wouldn't keep breaking off??!.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
