Not for a finicky cat

"The ingredients are wholesome and nutritious, which is wonderful, however, the cat wouldn't go near it. It may have something to do with the strong vegetable aroma when you first open the can. The texture didn't appear very appetizing to her either. To be honest, most of the time she seems to prefer pâté style canned food over other types anyway.
While I can appreciate that the food is healthy, if our cat won't eat it, I can't recommend it."

Chicken only

"Mr PC is the first (of 8) to try Halo canned. He LOVES the chicken, but didn't like any other flavor. He has belly problems and was on prescription food that didn't help. So far, so good. We plan on trying it for a full month and see if the results continue to be positive. The dry food is availabe to all the cats all the time. There is one bowl of Halo and 3 bowls of another brand, but it's the Halo bowl that empties out first. They may get their canned food changed to Halo after we see how well Mr PC continues to do. As stated, it IS very expensive, but if it helps, it may be worth it."

Petey Loves It

"My one male cat Petey loves the chicken and the turkey recipes, but not the peas or greens too much. This cat would throw up no matter what I fed him. I agree the price is steep and would like to receive some coupons or see a sale occasionally but I'm happy he eats it and I know he's receiving good nutrition."

Halo products

"I have 3 dogs and 3 cats and all of them love Halo's Spot's stew canned food. You can see the quality of the food and all the bowls are left spotless! Yes the price is a bit more than the other well known brands but the stuff that is 'allowed' in those brands and the things I have found upon opening so many of those cans...disgusting! My pets are more than deserving of clean food!!!"
