"I switched my cats to Halo after one of them got a urinary tract infection that was causing her to have a lot of blood in her urine; she eats all the different flavors of the canned food and LOVES them. She hasn't had any problems since we switched her and she also hasn't had any hairballs either - she used to have 4-5 per week - so we are definitely happy with this purchase :)"

"My cat did not like this food, tried chicken and salmon. Tried giving it to him gradually as suggested, he refused to eat it after two weeks. He does not touch the dry food either. Unfortunate, I like Ellen. Wish I could enter a zero paw point."

May be stinky but works wonders!

"I will be the first to admit that this food smells bad, but it cause a 180 degree change in my cat. I have a purebred persian, and he's had loose stool pretty much since the day I got him. He wasn't putting on weight like he should and he was miserable. It got to the point where he was messing outside of his catbox everytime. Another persian pet owner pointed me in this direction because its all his kitty could eat who suffered from my kitty's problem. Since starting him on this food he's never messed outside his box, he has formed stool, which I have NEVER seen with him, and he is a much happier cat. I recommend this food. Give it time, and just remember, just cause it smells funky it doesn't mean you have to eat it."

"I purchased a couple of cans from the store for my 2 cats and they seemed to like it. So I bought a case on line and I think my cats are tired of it now. So I will stop giving it to them, wait a while and try again. I don't know if they don't like it or it they just got tired of the taste."

"My cat needs a lot of fiber because of her age or she gets very constipated. She's 19. This food has 4x's as much fiber as any science diet product i've always used.
I just tried the lamb and wow she ate the whole 3.5 oz can in one shot. she usually grazes all night.
This is her first spot's stew meal and it seems to be a homerun. I also got a case of the turkey so we'll try that one in a few days.
The product itself looks very mushy but has a very recognizable smell. The smell of REAL FOOD. You can see the pumpkin and greenery. I give this 4 paws since it's only a first day try. if she's still gobbling it up in a few weeks, it's a 5."
