My dog loves these and I use them often in training. I love the ingredients and feel like I'm giving her a healthy treat. However, I've noticed that whenever we are working on something and I give her a lot of these (about 1/2-3/4 cup total over the course of 1/2 an hour) her stools become very loose.
I now try to mix these up with other biscuit type treats when training.

Both our dogs love these treats! They'll do about anything to get them, and in addition to being a good food source, these Little Jacs don't affect our dogs digestive system.

I have tried many treats & he does not like them. My dog always reverts to Billy Jack. I use them for training as well as getting his attention when he is running loose. He knows the signal when I hold up the treat and he runs for it! I receommended to a vet & he claimed his was the best. I proved my dog wouldn't eat his treat...I won and he was shocked.
He is trying them on his clients and may change!

I like to use the Little Jacs as a reward for positive behavior. One or two when we return from our walks or during training. Not so large that will cause weight gain or tummy upsets.

The first time I trained with these treats my 1 year old healer mix started drooling! Both my dogs go wild over these treats and will do anything to get one.
Best purchase I've made in a long time!

I own a beagle and since they are food driven dogs, this treat is perfect. She deff. Loves it!! As soon as I get them out she starts to do the tricks I've taught her without even me asking her to do it.
They are small enough to put them on your pocket and for your dog to enjoy them.

My GSD loved these, but my Cavachon isn't crazy about them, but WILL eat them sometimes. The Cavachon is a very fussy guy, so there are many he won't eat at all, so..... I like the size because they fit nicely in my Kong Treat balls. The price isn't prohibitive, either.

My dog isn't very food motivated at all. Some treats he doesn't even sniff at. He is a year and a half now and we've been giving him these treats since we had him in puppy training class at six month old and he loves them. We used them in class because they are the perfect size and he can eat a bunch without it being too unhealthy or making him sick. He is a 12 pound chipoo and he does tricks for these treats because he really enjoys them. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

I have a 1 year old Golden Retriever. He is very food motivated (mixed blessing, but very helpful with training). These are a great treat for training as they are very small (so no worries about giving him tons of treats during training or class) and he loves them.

These little treats are the perfect size for training. My dog loves them, and I don't feel guilty giving him a few because they are made from real liver. And they aren't as expensive as organic treats. Great size for small to medium dogs.

We've used these to help train our new puppy, and he loves them. They are tasty, but small enough that we can reward lots of good behaviors without worrying about feeding him too much. Much easier than breaking a large biscuit into crumbly pieces.

My 15 pound maltipoo loves these. They are in a small size and I even cut them in half so that my dog is not overfeed on days we do alot of training. . The only thing I personally don't like about these is that they can be messy or leave residue on my hands.

My dog is picky and is not very food motivated, so finding treats for tricks is tough, but these work. She doesn't go bananas over them, but at least she likes them.
These treats are very small, but during a long training class (1 hour), they're too big for my 6 lb mutt. I always end up chopping them each into about 3 pieces and she gets full from them after about 45 minutes of training.
I am still in the search for smaller treats, but until then, we will keep using these guys!

Bil-Jac Little Jacs Liver Treats are perfect for training and play due to their explosive flavor (I know because I tasted one) and small size (just about the same size as a large kernel of corn). Cricket is an extremely finicky, 10 pound rat terrier who refuses to play with anything that is not edible and to her liking as far as flavor.
These liver treats are perfect for the fetch and retrieve game we play. Their small size enables me to use as many as 10 treats during an activity session with Cricket while keeping her highly motivated to do whatever I ask of her. Prior to using the Bil-Jac treats, Cricket simply would not play. She came to me as a rescue at 7.5 years of age; she was withdrawn and seemed to have no interest in any type of play so I was motivated to find something that would move her. Bil-Jac Little Jacs Liver Treats did the trick. As a result, we are both happy because she gets the treats that she loves and I don't have to worry about her waist-line!

I was getting sick of cutting up bigger treats to use for training, so I bought these hoping they'd be the right size as well as liked by my dogs. And they were. The dogs respond well to them and have no problem gobbling them up :)
