"I used this bowl for my guinea pig for about 2 months. It is very easy to clean and comes in fun colors. The only negative aspects are that it is easy for my guinea pig to flip it over. Because of the two indentations on the side, he is always curious to see what is underneath, resulting in the food falling all over the bedding. I now use a heavier, ceramic bowl, and keep the plastic one for daily fruits and veggies."

"I bought this about 8 months ago for my old rabbit since he broke his old ones. These bowlshave with stood my three rabbits jumping and kicking all this time. They eat and drink out of these and they still dont even have a crack."

"These little dishes are absolutely ideal for hatchling ball pythons or other small snakes. They're hard for the snakes to knock over, and they double as a hide without any modification.
They don't have any rough or sharp edges that could leave scrapes or scratches, and don't have nooks or crannies that would make them hard to clean. They can be easily scrubbed and sterilized.
I've yet to find a dish more perfect than this for baby snakes."

"I have had this for a long time, and it is very durable. The only problem is that my bunnies like to tip it over. It is super light and tips over very easily. I would recomend a ceramic bowl because it is a lot heavier."

"We are raising four 5 week old kittens that we found at our local hospital. I went to Petco aprox. four days after we found them. The bowls meant for cats were way too expensive, so I knew the Small Animal section would have the perfect size bowl that was inexpensive, yet durable. We picked up these bowls yesterday,(September 17, 2008) but we have gotten a lot of use out of them already. The only problem is, on our floor, the bowls slide around everywhere. A good remidy for that is, get one small piece of tape, and stick it on the bottom of it. Works perfectly now."

"I have tried all kinds of bowls for our Guinea pig, he has knocked over all of them including this one. I drilled a small hole in the bottom of this bowl (the other ones were ceramic) I found a suction cup with a screw through the top of it. I put the screw through the bottom of the bowl and screwed it to the top of the suction cup, I then made sure the glass cage and the suction cup were clean. I dampened the suction cup and secured it in the corner opposite the water bottle. I can fill the bowl to the top, no more wasted food. To remove for cleaning cage; put your finger into one of the bottom openings and loosen the suction cup; clean the cage and reinstall."

"Nice dish for a guinea pig (5" version). Got about an 8-week-old guinea pig (about 9 1/2 weeks old in the picture). She has no trouble accessing this dish, and in two weeks, she hasn't knocked it over once. Also, haven't noticed her chewing on it at all. Maybe she has enough other stuff to chew on. Currently, she's eating Ecotrition Guinea Pig Food, although she doesn't eat any of the the colored kibbles, Alfalfa King Timothy Hay, 8in1 Yogies, 8in1 Carrot Crunchies, and some fresh veggies. Chloe, the guinea pig, is pictured in her 40"L X 20"W Marchioro cage, which we bought in store at Petco."

"Before I bought these, I thought it would be kinda big for my fancy dwarf hamster, but I bought them anyway. It wasn't big at all. It held a right amount of food for him. Even though it said plastic dish for rabbits, I think it would be the right size for a hamster as well. Awesome buy!"

"My rabbit loved to throw his food bowls (and his food) around his cage. We were spending a fortune on food because he was wasting so much. I replaced his standard bowls with these, and he can't get a grip on them to throw them anymore! It has really saved us a lot of many and energy."

"these food and water bowls for smaller animals are mostly used for rabbits and other rodents but could really be used for any small animals. i use these for my rabbits and they are great you can use them for a long time and they still look brand new and dont really break, easy to clean...and i highly recomand them"
