"This is got to be the worst frisbee I have ever purchased. I guess it would be alright for a dog that doesn't snatch frisbees out of the air.There is no flight out of this thing. I tried throwing hard and soft, it just does not glide and 14 dollars a frisbee. I've been had.

"One of my German shepherd's is obsessed with these things. He tears them up pretty easily. I've bought about 30 or so of these things, but will continue to buy them because he loves them. As long as you don't leave them alone to chew on it, these things will hold up. I usually have 4 at a time and will throw them in the yard until I get tired of throwing it. Then I'll leave them with my dog and he chews on them and rips the middle out of them or breaks it all together. I wish they were stronger like the other kong toys. I keep hoping to see a black (tougher quality) frisbee."

"Although it is a little heavier than my dog may like it, it is VERY High Quality and I highly recommend it, especially for extreme chewers. It may not be as high and far-flying as lighter ones, but this Frisbee is still great!"

"This rubber disc is great to start traing your dog. It is durable enough to play catch but would not recommend as a chew toy. when thrown right it can get good distance. My puppy is still teething so this toy is great to play with."

"The kong flyer was a good frizbee. It is defnitely more durable than the nylabone ones which can crack with mouthy dogs, however, the frizbee should not be left with the dog as a chew toy....it will last with most dogs and if you have a heavy chewer like my dog it will last if you only use it outdoors when you are watching the dog. However if you have a dog that is a strong chewer he or she will chew it up if you leave it with the dog for long periods. I was disappointed that it was not quite as strong as the other kong toys."

"Our English Bulldog, Gunny is absolutely obsessed with flying discs. Normally he busts up the plastic ones during one play session, but this one has lasted about 3 months of intense "this must go with me EVERYWHERE". It is his chew toy, his Frisbee, his sleep toy, everything. He got the rim to start separating from the flat part, and I broke it by pulling the rim completely off. Now his flat face can't pick it up. On to number 2!"

"I have an Australian Cattle Dog - aka Blue Heeler. I've purchased MANY frisbees and they rarely last past the first play session. Most of them crack or break. But these are great - no damage and we've been playing for a couple of weeks with them.
So far, they're holding up just like all the KONG products. Great!"

"This is the only frisbee that my dog does not chew apart in 5 minutes. The first one lasted a whole summer. Now we are on number 2. A lot of fun for a dog that loves to run and play catch."

"My dog loves this toy! He is a mix of a beagle and a basset hound - with the legs of a basset. He was a puppy when we got this and it was hilarious to watch him try to carry this toy in his mouth without tripping over it!"

"I have a Lab, and he LOVED this toy. This frisbee is easy to throw and travels far and straight. Unfortunately, this toy does not stand up to the chewing power of a lab, and he shredded it within a week. Still, we are on our fourth, and we love it anyway!"
