Is Best but flawed

"Having dogs for many years, this has to be one of the best scoopers that I have had. It is easy to use and makes it so easy to clean up after my puppies.

I wish the arm was longer. I am average height and I find that I have to bend over slightly which causes me back pain when I stand up straight. But the biggest flaw is the arch that opens and closes the mouth, I have had two of these and both broke on the arch at the same place. Think it would be better if they changed this part to a metal."

FANTASTIC PRODUCT

"I have used this Claw Scooper for years. Easy to use, easy to clean, and works GREAT! However, I have had the handle part that you pull up on to open the claws break on several scoopers. We simply use electrician's tape to fix it. I have at least 5, 2 at our home residence, 2 at our lake residence, and 1 spare. They are left outdoors, and that might be why the handle breaks, or maybe a lot of use. We have 7 dogs, but have had up to 8, all rescues. Again, EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!"

"This is the smartest thing I have ever purchased!!! I love this item I cant imagine life without it, I never thought I would enjoy cleaning up after my dog!!!"
