"This kit is a must have, If you want real test results... just follow the directions it comes with, and a little patience, and the results will come through... I tried the strips, a lot quicker, but not as accurate and won't last as much as this kit. It will last a long time and give you a lot of test results!"

Overpriced and a Hassle

"To test the water, you have to put it into test tubes and add drops of test solution into the tube. Then you have to wait sometimes up to 3 minutes to see any results and then compare the tube to the color charts. It is a HASSLE to dip each individual tube and then drop the solution (some of the solution even has TOXIC warnings and the directions tell you to wear protective gloves and goggles...) in them then WAIT.
Also... don't forget that this product is being sold for over $30.
Unless you want to pretend your some sort of mad scientist, then just look for test strips people. Their MUCH MUCH easier, CHEAPER, and just as accurate."

"A very expensive kit with no way to read the results. No color charts in package or even online to test against either. Went back to the store and friendly sales associate gave me a freshwater pH chart he had an extra of but did not help with rest of the kit. Would not reccomend."

"I have two of these, one for upstairs and one for my downstairs aquariums. They are the most accurate tests you could buy, especially for the money. Easy to use, easy to read, and very accurate."
