Better than nothing!
Date: March 19, 2009
"At $29 this should not be in a Petco. It is far better than not having a hose and sprayer at all for washing your dog in the sink but this one is a poor quality product. You must keep the water very low or the hose will fly off and water will go everywere. It works, the dog loves it, but it is just better than nothing..."

Nice, but...
Date: February 20, 2008
"Great product concept, convenient, and easy to use. Saves a lot of mess, and the dogs seem to prefer it. It would be an awesome product were it not for the construction... cheap plastic and a hose that leaks where it joins into the sprayer nozzle (the seal at the spigot is nice and tight, though). Kind of expensive for what you get, too. I think it's a useful product to have, though."

Awesome Product!!!
Date: February 11, 2008
"We have a 4 month boxer who we've been trying to get used to getting baths from the first day we brought him home. At first we tried the kitchen sink but he spent the whole time trying to climb out and he's quickly out grown that! Then we tried outside with the garden hose - not only was he trying desperately to get away but he was even crying at times. This weekend we bathed him in the shower with this fabulous sprayer. Not only was he absolutely calm the entire time but he seemed happy and was even grinning! We were able to bath him in about 5 minutes! I'm so glad I found this product, it truly was a great buy! It has turned bath time from torture chamber to an enjoyable moment!!!"

Gets the Job Done
Date: September 20, 2007
"I bathe my dogs in the bathtub and have always had to use a plastic cup to rinse my dogs. I'd usually have to get in the tub with them to control them better and would end up more soaked than they were! I was tired of the tub antics and saw this in Petco one day. It was on sale and after confirming that I could return it if it was junk I brought it home to try it out. Installation was easy and the nozzle really works. It has enough pressure to get all the shampoo out with minimal rubbing. The best part is the dogs just stand there now and I don't have to chase them all over the tub. They all seem more relaxed now during bathtime and I don't get soaked anymore!"

Love it!
Date: April 17, 2007
"I purchased this in March 07 and use it frequently in the bathtub. We have a large english setter that I show in confirmation and to keep his coat sparkling I bathe him often. It was packaged with a special set of instructions and attachments to make it better at connecting to the facet and it has worked perfectly. I love that it doesn't run water constently. The power has been great and it easily reaches all parts of the tub. Infact, our dog will just sit there now and doesn't even try to run since he knows I can easily reach him everywhere :0).
Buy it. Like me, you will love it. Not sure why or how I survived so long without it.

Product Design needs to be looked at.
Date: February 24, 2007
"I was looking at this product as I had to replace what I had to bath my cats. I live in an apartment so the bathtub is the only place that this job can be done adequately. I like the idea that the water can be shut off when not needed but the hose is not nearly long enough.
Since you have designed this hose to only hook up to either a utility or bathroom sink or outside hose I don't have anyway to connect the hose to the bathroom sink and have it reach to the bathtub. The issue of the connector not holding when the water pressure increases is a serious one. There is nothing worse than having water spraying all over the place with a scared cat that you are trying to rinse the soap out of it's coat. Is their any way that you could:
Improve the connector to the sink faucet or adapt a connector for the shower faucet.
The length of the hose needs to be at least the drop length from the shower head to the floor of the tub plus the length of the tub. Cats don't like to be anywhere near running water so will park themselves at the bottom end of the tub as far away from the taps as possible. If the bathroom sink is still going to be needed then this much extra hose will be needed so there is adequate hose to maneuver when you are actually bathing whether it be a cat as is my case or a dog.
The concept has merit but it needs to be fine tuned to be practical in the home or commerical situation."

cheaply made
Date: January 31, 2007
"I paid $32 for this in the store and it is way overpriced. For the way it is made, this shouldn't be more than $10. The sprayer barely had any power to it. Also when I turned the water up high on the faucet the seal never held and water would spray everywhere.
Not worth buying."

Rinse Ace Pet Sprayer
Date: February 16, 2006
"I use the Rinse Ace Pet Sprayer in my utility sink to bathe my shih tzus. I really like it because it is economical, light weight and has a nice full spray. The downside is that the hose connection to the sprayer doesn't hold up really well. After a few months use, I find that it begins to leak."
