Too expensive, better alternatives

"I bought the LiveMeter and within three weeks it needed the cartridges replaced. Since it only tells you temperature, ph and ammonia better to buy a thermometer that never needs replacement: a Seachem ammonia alert that will last a year and cost the same as a single cartridge replacement for both meters and test the ph every couple of weeks. It would be great if it lasted longer."

"3 in one, the best thing out there. Too bad you have to replace it quite frequently but it gives you constant readings that react within seconds."
