"I feed my dog a high quality kibble-based diet but often supplement with this and similar canned foods. I generally serve it frozen in a Kong toy when I need a little down time. Frozen or not, my dog considers this food a very high value treat. My mother's dog, who refuses most foods manufactured for dogs (will not eat most dog treats or kibble), happily devours this stuff. Mom's taken to mixing a couple of spoons full with his kibble, after which he's happy to eat the entire meal.
The best thing about this food, though, is the effect it has on my dog's already perfectly healthy coat. Without fail, we start getting tons of compliments on the look and feel of her coat when I'm feeding this food (the same does not happen when I'm supplementing with most other canned foods). I recommend this food for all dogs, excepting the few with soy allergies.
