my dog was never interested in playing or chasing balls. He loves these. I squeak it once and toss it. he chases it and plays with it then brings i back. He just loves it. I just bought three more so that I am never without.

Not for strong chewers

My dog, a ferocious chewer, iced one of these balls in under a minute. The ball was still intact, but the squeaker war dead. I would not reccomend this for even moderately strong chewers. My dog did have great fun, though, while the squeaker lasted.

I purchased a 3 pack of small balls for my 10 month old Yorkie. Within 30 minutes she punctured a ball and 2 inch piece of material pulled off and she was trying to eat it.

Fun, but not durable

My 2 y/o dog loves these squeaker balls, but they don't usually last more than one play session each. They are a little smaller than normal tennis balls and nowhere near as durable. I buy these periodically because my dog absolutely loves to play with them, but wouldn't recommend them as the cost typically overrides the brief enjoyment.

I ordered the 3-pack of squeaker tennis balls, 2 out of 3 squeaked. The ones that squeaked were excellent, but unfortunately I wasn't 100% satisfied with my partially non-squeaking purchase.

Check your toys for functionality...especially if you have the order shipped to you.

Good but didn't last long

We ordered this squeaky tennis ball last week. My dog loved it and was very excited when I gave it to him. He chewed on it voraciously. Within 10 minutes the squeaker had broken. At least when it breaks you are still left with a tennis ball so it isn't a complete waste of money. If what you are looking for is simply a tennis ball, then this is not worth the expense. If you are looking for something that squeaks, then this does fit the bill, just not for very long.

Very durable, squeaky balls. My Lab/Basenji mix, Brooke, loves to play fetch with them. Very soft and fuzzy. She likes the texture. I highly reccomend this product to owners of Lab or other very active dog owners :)

Best fetch balls

My lab Max is literally fixated on balls & playing fetch. Not any old tennis ball will do. We have tried various kinds but Max confirms these are the best. They seem to hold up ok. He likes them since they are not hard and most of the time their squeakers last long enough before the ball gets destroyed with repeated play (generally a month or so). I just wish they didn't turn brown when playing in yard (even though wash them). Funny thing is, I also buy these in orange and in smaller or larger size but Max definitely prefers the regular tennis ball size in yellow. So if you have a dog with a ball fettish then these will make them happy.

I love this oversized squeeky tennis ball. I am a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and I can't mutilate this thing! I bite, bite, bite and try to get the squeeky whitstle out, but to no avail. Congratulations, Kong, you've manufactured a toy that I can't shred to pieces!

My dog LOVES these Kong squeaker balls. He's a pretty heavy chewer and these last for a decent amount of time. They are still tennis balls after all. If you want them to last, use them just to play fetch and not for laying around gnawing.

It is sort of easy to tear off the green fuzz and get access to the squeaker itself, which is why I gave these 4 stars, so take it away if your dog gets to that point.
