Very Original and Entertaining Toy
Date: February 13, 2008
"My cats love motorized toys, and this ball is their favorite! They chase it around for hours. I turn it on and it rolls all over the my wood and vinyl floors in random directions. It's about the size of a baseball so it doesn't get lost, and it rolls slowly enough that it doesn't frighten the cats. It has a rubbery surface so it gets good traction and rolls quietly. It makes a quiet buzz which is just loud enough to get the cats' attention, but not loud enough to bother me. Since it rolls, it doesn't get stuck on floor vents or threshholds like other motorized toys with wheels. One of the other reviewers mentioned a rubbery odor, but mine did not smell at all. My cats love it. We have lots of other cat toys, but this one is unlike any others we've found...very original and very entertaining for my cats."

So wacky
Date: August 22, 2007
"This ball smells like rubber and really hard. Looks very much like a cotton ball and does have those pattern that it goes to all directions. When you shake it, it has sound as if something is in it, but probably not much sound if they just roll on the floor. My kitty wants to catch it when I roll on the floor (you know about moving objects and cats) when when she about to catch it, she then smells it and has that terrifying look on her, then walks away. I repeated couple of times, her attitutude on this ball still not changing. I guess my cat doesn't like it since she doesn't bother play it at all."
