Great

"This works nicely if you don't take your pet out often. It folds up flat and the top pieces stay closed well. If you expect your pet to do his/business in it I'd lay a towel down. It is only cardboard."

Haven't used yet, but should fit my needs

"I have a 9lb female dsh-mutt, strictly-indoor, and I wish I'd had this when we moved 20 miles in Dec - she slid all over the leather seats (at least if she'd scratched them, she would have stayed in place...).
She's going to the vet next month and I plan to use it then!"

Works Well Most of the Time
Date: June 4, 2008
"Not every product works perfect for every situation. This works well for my lighter weight cats. Even my very active cats normally do not get out of it. Once a very determined cat did manage to get out of it in the car, but she destroyed one of the handles to do so. I find that if I put duct tape on the handles when I first get them, they'll be fine. I've had these last 5-6 years before. Pretty good value.
It does not work well for my big fat cat who weighs 17 lbs. The bottom will drop out when I pick it up (even WITH duct tape). So, I have 3 of these cardboard carriers and 1 hard plastic one for the big dude. That way I can get all 4 cats in the car at one time when needed.
