Not for pugs?
Date: February 13, 2009
"I have 2 pugs, a 7 mo old male and a 7 mo old female. Neither one would even try the food. I mixed it in with their old food 25/75 % first, no go. Then I offered as a special treat to see if they would go for it. I was so hoping they would because the ingredients are so desirable. Still a no go. I returned the small bag I purchased. Maybe it's a pug thing. The best food is not the best if the dog won't eat it. Sorry."

Great for Health
Date: December 10, 2008
"After battling a perianal fistula in one of my GSDs with medication for over a year, a vet at LSU suggested the problem might be caused by food allergies. We were feeding Eukanuba so we switched to a high dollar vet diet and found out she is allergic to chicken, corn & eggs. Blue Buffalo Lamb & Wild Rice is a much more affordable alternative to the $70/bag vet diet and I can get it locally at Petco. Guess what? No more fistula!! I've put all my dogs AND my cats on Blue Buffalo and they're all healthy & happy now. And they LOVE the taste! Even my picky Great Pyr gobbles it up!"
