The BEST ever!

"I own 3 double coat pugs and boy do they shed! I have tried everything to control this and until a friend recommened the FURmimator, I had given up. This tool is amazing and my dogs love when I use it on them! Now when I sweep my house I no longer sweep up excessive amounts of hair. Bravo, this is an excellent shedding control tool and I strongly recommend this."

Can't Rave Enough

"I paid $40 plus tip to have my dog "deFurminated" at a grooming shop.
When I saw the product available at the store, I hesitated buying it, thinking the groomers went through some offical training program through the "Furminator" company--but eventually purchased this tool to save money and time.
Well, I couldn't be more surprised at the amount of undercoat hair that I raked out of my short haired chihuahua. Clumps!
I spent at least 20 minutes raking away the first batch (which she LOVED BTW). She looked like she lost weight so much came out.
When I Furminate her at the first signs of hair loosening, I can pretty much clean her out to the point where we find NO loose hairs until the next time (easily a month plus).
My dog is also VERY happy since she isn't so itchy all the time and her top coat is healthy and soft."

"This product is fantastic. My son and I bought one for his cats and my Pembroke Welsh Corgi. We had tried several combs and brushes but nothing would take the hair off our Corgi. My son tried it first on his older cat. He removed enough hair to make a second cat. He was totally impressed. We then gave it a try on our Corgi. We were equaly impressed when one stroke pulled more hair than we had ever seen in any comb we had tried so far. Do follow the directions and be gentle with your strokes. You'll be amazed, now my son's older cat comes to him when she sees the FURminator in his hand. Begging to be combed."

"This product really does perform like the demonstration video! We own a golden retriever mix, and this tool has reduced her shedding significantly. You will notice a difference just from vacuuming, etc.
Do be careful when using the tool around the legs or hindquarters. Our dog didn't enjoy that too much since the hair tends to snag more in that area than others."

"This product is fun to use...I actually look forward to brushing, because you get out so much hair left by other brushes--it is fun to see it pile up. My dog actually does not mind it, either, compared to others. He is a German shepherd, with plenty of hair to come out. Just do not push down to hard, be gentle, does not take lots of effort. Lots of hair will come out, so be ready to vaccum or do it outside. Heed the directions."

"We have a medium-coat beagle who sheds a lot. Once a week, we furminate him to get rid of the excess undercoat. It has tremendously cut down on the hair in the house. Also, he likes to have to be "furminated". It gives him an all-over back scratch. It is worth the price. :)"

"I was a huge disbeliever. I have every comb, brush, rake available, and nothing keeps the hair piles out of my house with 2 full grown labs. I saw an ad a work with pictures for this product and decided to try it.
I can throw everything away now, this product is all I will ever need. Both of my dogs have a glossy smooth coat. I filled a shopping bag with the hair that came out of the two of them. I am now off to the store to get the shampoo. I am going to wash them and see what else comes out. Congrats on an A+++++++++ product."

"I have a long haired cat and this pulls SOOOOO much hair out of her. The first time i did it, it was handfuls upon handfuls coming out. Needless to say there was no shedding all over the carpet. Definately worth the money however she doesn't enjoy it, but i think she just has an attitude;)"

"I have seen this tool in the store as well as the commercials on tv. After I saw the ad that it was on sale for $10 off along with reading all of the reviews on this site, I decied I would give it try. I couldn't wait to get home to try in on our German Sheperd. He did very well and I could not believe how much of the undercoat came out in the tool. I had to stop and remove the hair after just a 12" swoop of the tool. I have already called my parents to recommend that they purchase one for their Sheltie."

"Great for our cats, but we had a Yellow Lab, and after just 3 uses on her, she lost all of her water resistance. She was cold on an 85 degree afternoon after being in the water for only a few minutes. I would seriously consider another product for any dog with a need for water resistance or one that uses its down layer for warmth in the extreme cold."

""I was very hesitant on purchasing this product because of how expensive it was. But after debating back and forth I decided to go ahead and get it. I purchased the large FURminator for my 1 year old German Shepherd. I've only had it for 3 days now and and all ready his shedding has decreased so much. "I actually got this from my vet and it is AMAZING! My dog is pit so obviously short hair. But she sheds! I havent been able to find anything to grab the hair. But this brush gets out all the loose undercoat. I never knew her hair was like it is underneath! Her coat looks shiny and clean. The product works!"
