This toy is very very average.

"I have two 3 month old kittens. If I take this toy out of their toybox, they'll look at it for a bit and then sort of bat it around, but their interest wavers really quickly. I do like it because it looks like a real mouse, so I'm hoping it might train them to go after the real ones in my apartment.
This toy isn't cute or bright, and doesn't make any noise (my kittens adore toys that jingle)."

"We're trying to befriend a stray we trapped and we got her this mouse. She loves it! She carries it around and we find it everywhere. It was a real break though and now she's starting to interact with us through this mouse toy. Highly recommended."

"I've had the House Mouse for over a year, and it's still my cat's favorite toy. He plays with it longer and more athletically than any other toy, and its size means it's less likely to disappear under the couch."

"My 2 cats love this toy so much that they now have 6 of them, & we just bought them 2 more!! The cats love to hide them throughout our 3-level house. I often find the mice scattered on the floor around my bed in the morning, which means the cats had a fun time during the night. Both cats love to throw the mice in the air with their mouth and bat them around. They especially love to bat them down the stairs and chase after them. This toy is definitely worth the money!!"

"My cat generally enjoys balled up pieces of paper as toys so we never really looked at buying her any, but one day, on a whim we bought her this toy. SHE LOVES IT! She carries it around the house in her mouth and she even plays fetch with us with it. She hides it in daddy's shoes as presents and brings it to bed with us at night. She lost it once and we tried to replace it with another company's version of it but it just didn't do. She loves this mouse. I would recommend it to anyone with a cat. : )"

Kind of Creepy, but lots of fun!

"Thats why we call this mouse creepy mouse. My calico cat Gizmo carries it around in her mouth at night howling because she thinks that it is real. I would not recommend cutting the tag off because it looks like a real dead mouse on its side laying in the hall. My husband hates it, but I think that it is a lot of fun for me and the cats!"

"After I got my surprise kitty, my mom and I went to Petco to get supplies. I saw this adorable toy and just had to get it! I waited day after day, week after week, but my kitten didn't touch it. She'd rather play with my dog's tail! Eventually it got lost, and my kitty didn't seem to care at all."

"Funny soft little toy, but my cat doesn't care for it. She's given it maybe 5 min of attention since I bought it. Maybe the catnip's stale? Whatever the case may be, she's not a fan. I've rated the mouse 2 stars because it's funny for pictures."

"My cat loves this mouse and has enjoyed it for over a year....he bats it around so much that I have to hunt for it myself sometime when he gets it under something he can't get it out. It is very realistic looking which makes him want to hunt it and then pounce on it...I am going to get a few more, so I don't have to hunt for them myself so often! Love it! In photo, he has the mouse between his paws!"

"Most of my cats LOVE this mouse! They fling it way up in the air and really have fun with it. One of my cats runs to the top of his cat tree and sits there waiting for my son to toss them to him so that he can catch them. We have at least 5 of them and I'd like to get the other colors."

"An excellent product! What's not to love? My cat, Max goes crazy with this toy. It's simple, soft, provides hours of fun but most important it's SAFE! No little buttons, bells or pieces that could be chewed off. I've spent a small fortune on different toys over the years but they all seem to lay idle while he carries this mouse all over the house. Our entire family gets a laugh watching him play with this toy and he is more than happy to show off."

"My kitty adores this toy- she'll spend hours carrying it around the house and hiding it in shoes, boxes or anything else so she can play hide and seek with it. Definitely have to take it away at night or she'll chase it up and down the hall. It is far preferred over all her other toys (and yes, she has an obscene amount)."
