the scoopfree cat box is wonderful it is easy to use ,last a long time and takes care of the "CAT SMELL" Started off as a Christmas gift and has turn into a year long gift for us and for the Cats Big white" Cat " and his friend "Angel" had no problem getting used of the new box just normal thanks Otts

the crystals start smelling after 4 days. the trays need to be changed once a week and they are very expensive

It's a relief not to clean out a litter box, and pour new litter in, especially with two cats using it. The litter tray refills just get tossed in the trash when it's time to change them.

This litter is great. It does not smell and the box cleans itself. My only complaint is the cost of the trays. I have to change them every two weeks so it is expensive.

I have been using the premium blue crystal litter refill trays to accommodate the ScoopFree Ultra Automatic Self-Cleaning Litter Box for the past 9 years and I've been satisfied with its quality. I buy them in bulk online and Petco delivers the package to my door within 3 days, which is pretty quick. The delivery is fast and very convenient. It saves me the time from going to the store and carrying the heavy load home.
I just wish these litter refill trays were cheaper. I have 2 cats and I must change the litter exactly every 10 days and it becomes very expensive.

We switched to the automatic cat box several months ago and never have a problem. We change the litter tray once a month and never have an odor problem nor does our cat track the litter out of the box. It's very easy to change the litter tray. just remove the litter box and then take the lid for the tray off the bottom of the tray and use it to close the litter tray. The new litter tray comes with the lid, and litter.

I have been using the "blue crystals" tray for nearly a year and during the time I have noticed a decline in the waste partition. The tabs that insert into the cover for the waste are breaking down with fewer than one cat use by 10 tines. I am delighted with the litter box itself BUT very disappointed re the above described problem.

We only have one cat and this is a great product. It's really low maintenance, usually traps odor really well.
My only issue is that sometimes it fills up in three weeks or so, which is close to the month mark, but they are pricy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this litter system works really well and beats the heck out of our old manual system, but it is very expensive. With 2 adult cats, the trays must be replaced every 2weeks. 8 trays can be bought for about $80, so you do the math. :-) I haven't purchased the plastic tray, but it is about $60 initial investment. Then you have to buy the blue crystal litter and clean out the old still every 2 weeks. Well, it frees up my time and my cats seem to like it.

I have 2 male cats and for the past 6 years have gone thru over 6 self-clean litter boxes; they all wear out way to early! So I wanted to try something new & this was it! The self-cleaning box with this litter is amazing! I almost never write reviews, but this one was worth the time. No odor for weeks. Just dump when you actually start to smell it, at least 60 trips per tray so far. The plastic snap-on hood really keeps the urine inside the box. Just wish the tray cost was a little cheaper. But love it so far!

I love this product. It takes less than 2 minutes to change the litter. Just open a new box and switch it out with the old one. My only complaint is that it smells horrible at about 2 weeks. I have one cat and change my litter every two weeks. (That is the only litter box.) It is definitely more expensive than the traditional litter since I completely change it every 2 weeks, but for me it's worth it.

I have had a cat inside for the last 22 years. I have tried every litter and litter box out there. I came across this one and tried it because it was on sale. It controls the smell, and you'd never know I kept a cat box in my house. I will never have to search for the best litter again because this is it!!!! My cat went right in it with no problem when I changed. If you have cats, you gotta have this!!!!!

I am very happy with the self-cleaning litter pans. They are easy to change and much less hassle than a regular litter box. 2 of my 3 cats use the self-cleaning box, but my oldest cat doesn't like it. If you have one of these boxes I definitely recommend buying the litter pans in bulk online. In store they are around $20 each, but online if you buy the pack of 6 they are less than $14 each.

love the scoopfree litter tray refills! they are so easy to replace and they last forever! my cat can go 45-50 uses between replacements without having any odor whatsoever. i do think they are a little pricey, but well worth it!

Basically, quite good, although it does not last as long as it is advertised to last. We change once a week.
Changing is much easier than with standard litter box
that my other cat uses. (she is afraid of the noise.

I really loved it with one cat but I have acquired another cat that is very finicky about her litter box. After about 4 days with a brand new tray she starts pooping outside the box. She doesn't like the way the urine stays in the crystals. Too expensive to use new trays every 4 days. I'd like to be able to buy just the crystal litter to change that up. Otherwise it's a great thing!!!

The product works perfectly and delivers what it promises, BUT the trays are rather expensive (especially if you have more than 1 cat). In order to cut costs, I reuse the litter tray more than once, refilling it with crystal litter. I still buy the trays but half as many.
