"my kitty loves scratching my couch, so i decided to get a scratching post that's similar in texture. and since this comes with catnip that'll attract my kitty i thought it would get him to scratch this instead; sadly, on the first day i got it, was the only time he was really interested in it. after that, he paid little or no attention to it at all. i even hang it at where it loves to play most, and it was no help at all. now, my kitty scratches my carpet instead of the couch and scratching post....=T"

"This product was a big hit with my cat. He loves to play with it for minutes at a time, which is big since cats seem to have a short attention span. He'll go insane with it weither i'm pulling on hit or just as it's laying around the house. I rarely have it on my doors."

"I thought this toy would be a sure hit with my two cats, who are both very playful and like to scratch. But they've never touched it! It still looks like new--it's been hanging on my doorknob for a year now."
