"I agree with JM, this is not a good sole food. Ferrets need the crunchy as long as they can chew it to keep their teeth clean. I use it as a treat, and mix a small amount into my ferret's normal diet, along with a squirt of Ferratone oil. He can be a picky eater, and this stuff gets his appetite going."

Expensive...but WORTH THE PRICE!

"I would rate it a 5 star if the price was as great as the quality of this product. But, like they say, you get what you pay for and for this price, you really do get a delicious meal for your pet! My ferret, who is by the way, an extremely picky eater, LOVES this stuff. It's so soft and moist your little ones will think they're being given a bowl of treats! Be aware however, after eating this, they may not want to switch to any other food and it can get very expensive!"

"the price isnt the greatest but i really have no choice but to buy this food because my ferret has a difficult time eating hard food, it chokes her but she does so much better with this moist food, i wish there were more types of soft food to choose from"

"My ferret, Sugar, will eat this food ONLY. I think she thinks it is a bowl of Bandits treats, because of the shape. She won't even eat the cruncy variety, which is more economical.
After researcing ferret foods on line, I have found this to be one of few that are considered nutritionally complete for ferrets. So...good choice, Sugar! :)

"I use this product as a treat or supplement to the diet I routinely feed my ferrets. They really enjoy the soft pieces. I would not switch to this as my sole diet source but do continue to use it as a special treat!"

"One of my two ferrets used to just dig in the bowl and make a mess and only eat maybe one or two pieces of the food but I bought this because it said helps finnicky eaters and FINALLY something he will eat - already gained weight - on the right path thank you!! Only downside was that my other ferret isnt as interested as this one so i mix the two together now."
