"When I adopted my newest guinea pig he came with a few supplies. This ball being one of them. I've had my new boy for nearly a month now and I've only recently put him in the ball. He loves to jump and climb (and jump off the couch) so I put him inside the ball so he would be safe on the floor. He looked around and then cleaned himself. I tried turning the ball just to see if he would move and he just sat down and refused to move.
The colour I had was red, and since it's a deep colour it is a little hard to see out of. I would suggest a lighter colour.
It has 2 doors so you can get your pet from either side, but the problem is the 2 doors make the plastic weaker and they break more than their smaller, 1 door counterparts.
Overall, great idea, great style...not for guinea pigs! I'm getting a rat soon so I'm going to try this on him..."
