My tiels love this food. Yes, it is fully consumable, and the claim is no more seed hulls, BUT, it just means I have food pellets on the floor now instead of seed hulls. Pellets are a much healthier food than seed anyway. Use seed as a treat once a week.

My Birds Love It

My two Conures, Ruby and Reno, both enjoy this food very much. Ruby likes to eat this with a bit of Kaytee Pro-Health Egg Cite! seeds. She's always eating the green and pink ones and leaves the yellow ones for last, although I have no idea why! Reno eats this with a little bit of Ecotrition Premium Daily Diet. He likes a variety so I gave it to him. He eats the biggest ones first, such as the long green ones, then saves the small ones for last. Overall, my birds seem pleased with this food and so am I!

A great deal, I use to buy the small bags at My local Pet Shop, this is such a substancial savings, plus less trips to the local pet store, thanks,Barbiedoll

This is definitely the BEST! I have eight wonderful birds, 7 medium parrots and one lovely white dove. They range in ages from over 30 to 1-1/2 years. They get their people food treats but the bulk of their diet is Kaytee Rainbow Exact. They are all beautiful and pictures of health, and I credit a big part of that to the Kaytee diet.

This is the only food my cockatiel will eat! He loves the color variety and I don't have to worry about him getting 100% of the nutrition he needs. It also keeps his feathers looking bright and healthy. He used to be a very picky eater, but he looks forward to meal time now!

These pellets smell and look so good that my family thinks I'm feeding my birds trix cereal. This is the only pelleted food my lovebirds will eat and it cured my male lovebird of plucking his chest.
I would recommend this to a friend!
